Abstract

Cet article rend compte des résultats d’une enquête par questionnaire réalisée auprès de 51 étudiantes et étudiants inscrits à l’hiver 2021 dans quatre programmes de formation du Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles. Une revue des écrits scientifiques décrit d’abord les besoins des personnes apprenantes en contexte de formation à distance, notamment en lien avec la motivation, les interactions à distance et les environnements numériques d’apprentissage. La méthodologie de l’enquête est exposée. Les résultats de l’enquête sont présentés. Une discussion s’engage entre les données récoltées et les écrits scientifiques au regard des caractéristiques des étudiants et des étudiantes et de leurs relations avec les personnes enseignantes, le milieu scolaire et les modes d’apprentissage. Deux aspects de la solidarité numérique en action sont mis en évidence : l’accessibilité à des formations qualifiantes et l’engagement à la réussite éducative. En conclusion est rappelée l’importance des initiatives porteuses de solidarités comme celle du soutien aux personnes apprenantes en contexte numérique.
