Abstract
Des mutations profondes (transition numérique, transition énergétique et transition écologique) bouleversent l’activité logistique et impliquent de développer de nouvelles relations entre les acteurs publics et privés aux différentes échelles. Ces mutations accélèrent : le renforcement d’une politique interministérielle associant les décideurs publics et privés ; la territorialisation de politiques d’optimisation des flux et du foncier au niveau régional, et de gestion du dernier kilomètre au niveau de nos agglomérations. La direction générale des infrastructures, des transports et des mobilités en charge du transport terrestre de marchandises s’associe étroitement avec la direction générale des entreprises et France logistique pour outiller les décideurs publics et privés aux différentes échelles, les aider à mieux accompagner les mutations à l’œuvre pour le fret et la logistique, et saisir toutes les opportunités d’innovation pour construire l’économie décarbonée.
