Abstract
Opak ketan adalah sejenis makanan kecil yang terbuat dari bahan yang mengandung pati cukup tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) mengetahui faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan apa saja yang ada didalam pengembangan usaha agroindustri opak ketan di Dusun Cipertani, Desa Karangmekar, Kecamatan Karangnunggal, (2) mengetahui faktor peluang dan ancaman apa saja yang ada didalam pengembangan usaha agroindustri opak ketan di Dusun Cipertani, Desa Karangmekar, Kecamatan Karangnunggal, (3) menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam upaya pengembangan usaha agroindustri opak ketan di Dusun Cipertani, Desa Karangmekar, Kecamatan Karangnunggal. Metode penelitian yang digunakam dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu pemilik usaha agroindustri opak ketan dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan bahwa pemilik agroindustri opak ketan sudah lama berdiri sejak tahun 2004 dan pelopor usaha opak ketan di Dusun Cipertani. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi pengembangan usaha agroindusti opak ketan yang dapat dilakukan adalah strategi SO yang mana agroindustri dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar hingga keluar daerah Mempertahankan kualitas produk dan menjaga produk pangan lokal , yang sesuai dengan posisi kuadran I agresif
