Abstract
Como uma tentativa de resposta à questão levantada por Jaider Esbell, "O que vem a ser o Txa´ísmo?", busco, nesse artigo, formular o conceito de curador-txai. Trata-se de uma prática curatorial a longo prazo que venho estabelecendo com o MAHKU (Movimento dos Artistas Huni Kuin) e que visa, sobretudo, cuidar de relações: aquelas vivas nas obras do coletivo e as que me unem aos artistas do MAHKU. Trata-se, também, de uma prática que vai além da organização de eventos específicos, tais como exposições, embora estas possam eventualmente ser o resultado de nosso diálogo. Finalmente, é uma prática sustentada pela aliança, baseada na etnografia e que procura levar a sério as especificidades das práticas artísticas da MAHKU.
