Abstract
Voyager pour l’inconnu, dans des conditions pour le moins suicidaires se révèle-t-il être la solution idoine pour une jeunesse en proie à des pesanteurs telles que la pauvreté, le chômage et l’oppression politique ? La présente contribution revisite la vision du monde de Tahar Ben Jelloun sur cette question dans son roman Partir. S’appuyant sur l’approche sociocritique d’Edmond Cros, elle montre l’urgence pour la politique de repenser la gouvernance africaine en vue d’impulser une dynamique de développement endogène qui place le bonheur des jeunes au centre des préoccupations étatiques.
