Abstract

La présente étude traite des dynamiques sociotechniques et s’intéresse principalement à la gestion des études et scolarités à l’université de Parakou au Bénin. Le CAPI (Computed Assisted Personal Interviewing) et le CAWI (Computed Assisted Web Interviewing) ont été déployés pour l’interview des étudiants et l’auto-administration pour les enquêtes auprès des services de scolarité entre janvier et juin 2018. Il ressort des investigations que le système de gestion des études et scolarités étudié souffre de plusieurs insuffisances. Cette gestion des études et scolarités nécessite une refonte structurelle en réponse aux besoins des usagers. Globalement l’avis des différents acteurs est favorable à l’adoption d’un progiciel intégré de gestion des études et scolarités adapté au contexte. Environ 88 % des étudiants et étudiantes ayant participé à notre étude sont prêts à contribuer à la mise en place de cette technologie (consentement à payer).
