Abstract
Com embasamento nos estudos feitos pelos pesquisadores Pierre Dardot e Chistian Laval, o presente artigo tece reflexões sobre o neoliberalismo configurado como uma racionalidade, que estrutura e molda todas as esferas sociais e as nossas subjetividades, por meio da lógica mercantil e da competitividade. A discussão inicial centra-se no agronegócio, como expressão da racionalidade neoliberal, impulsionado por técnicas de governamentalidade empreendidas pelo Estado, que acabam reproduzindo desigualdades sociais. Em contraposição, determinados grupos, organizações da sociedade civil e movimentos sociais emergem ou persistem por uma outra razão de mundo, descrita pelos autores como a ideia do “comum”. Defende-se, a partir dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelo Memorial das Ligas e Lutas Camponesas, de Sapé/PB, que a agroecologia, aliada à educação para os povos do campo, são práticas contra-hegemônicas inventivas e criadoras como um modelo alternativo de organização que visa a ideia do “comum”.
