Abstract
Après la création en 2012 du forum 16+1 entre la Chine et les pays d’Europe centrale et orientale, et l’enthousiasme initial, les pays d’Europe concernés ont apprécié de manières diverses la coopération avec Pékin. Ce qui domine aujourd’hui est une certaine désillusion, qui se traduit par un niveau médiocre d’investissement chinois, l’usure formelle du forum et une méfiance croissante vis-à-vis d’une Chine qui échoue à convaincre de sa neutralité face à la guerre en Ukraine.
