Abstract
Remaja adalah asset bangsa untuk generasi mendatang yang lebih baik. Masa remaja merupakan saat terjadinya perubahan-perubahan yang cepat dalam proses pertumbuhan fisik, kognitif serta psikososial atau tingkah laku. Perubahan yang terjadi pada masa remaja meliputi bertambahnya masa otot, bertambahnya jaringan lemak dalam tubuh serta terjadinya perubahan hormonal. Perubahan tersebut mempengaruhi kebutuhan gizi mereka. masalah gizi yang terjadi pada masa remaja antara lain gangguan makan, obesitas, kurang energy kronis serta anemia. Selain masalah gizi remaja harus mengetahui pentingnya menjaga kebersihan organ reproduksi. Sebab apabila tidak dijaga kebersihannya bisa menyebabkan penyakit-penyakit yang membahayakan. Penyuluhan Kesehatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pentingnya kebutuhan gizi dan kesehatan reproduksi, yang dihadiri oleh 11 remaja putri dari panti asuhan dan beberapa pengurus panti asuhan.Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, Gizi, Reproduksi
