Abstract
Cette étude exploratoire cherche à cerner les enjeux et difficultés spécifiques du stationnement\nrésidentiel dans le patrimoine locatif social.\nOutre de nombreuses investigations propres à ce questionnement, elle mobilise également la\nconnaissance actuelle des mécanismes du stationnement résidentiel dans un contexte plus général.\nElle analyse alors les discours et pratiques des bailleurs sociaux, en questionnant leurs modes de\ngestion, leur organisation, leur appréhension de la demande de stationnement.\nElle examine également les éléments qui entrent en jeu dans la formation des choix des locataires,\nen particulier les contraintes économiques, au sein d’un « marché local » du stationnement.\nEnfin, elle propose quelques pistes de réflexion pour guider l’action publique, dans un domaine qui\nconcerne tant la gestion des espaces publics que les politiques de déplacements.
