Abstract

Objetivo. Descrever e discutir preliminarmente o fluxo informacional referente aos processos de gestão da informação e do conhecimento envolvidos na elaboração de modelos de concessão de cotas de bolsas provenientes de programas de fomento institucional da CAPES.Metodo. Foram prospectados e caracterizados os procedimentos envolvidos na gestão da informação e do conhecimento relacionados aos processos de criação, armazenamento e uso de informações necessárias para elaboração de modelos de concessão de cotas de bolsas pela instituição, por meio de pesquisa documental e observações in loco.Resultados. Verificou-se a existência de diferentes sistemas para o armazenamento e disponibilização das informações acadêmicas e de gestão de bolsas, evidenciando-se a necessidade de maior integração entre os mesmos, com vistas a agregar maior valor ao grande volume de dados e informações disponíveis para os gestores, de forma a subsidiar o aperfeiçoamento da tomada de decisões.
