Abstract
Time flies. It is fifty years now after the establishment of the IEEE Hong Kong Section. IEEE is a nonprofit organization promoting broad spectrum of research and education activities in electrical & electronic engineering and computer science. IEEE Hong Kong Section follows the tradition of IEEE. Its interest not just confines to EECS, but also other areas such physics, space science, health, and even social areas. One of the promotions in IEEE Hong Kong Section in recent few years is to feature ourselves with friendly collaborations and mutual fertilization of knowledge among members, and we expect to work as members of a family. This is a magazine published for the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the IEEE Hong Kong Section. Our design is to break away from the traditional thinking of nominal celebration magazines which is mainly composed of congratulation statements and big headings of company names or individuals. We target at producing a magazine which reflects the body of knowledge of IEEE Hong Kong Section, samples of technologies possessed by members and innovative ideas for short-term and long-term development. The magazine should be long lasting with good impact to both academic and professional disciplines. Due to the financial constraint, we started our Call-for-Articles very late. However, the response is so overwhelming that we reached our quota within two to three days. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the support of the Magazine and to all IEEE members in Hong Kong as a whole. This shows our friendship, and the spirit of mutual fertilization of knowledge within the IEEE family in Hong Kong.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
