Abstract
Cet article présente certaines données empiriques d’une recherche doctorale visant à investiguer les mécanismes intrinsèques de la transition sociale-écologique, dont le rapport au vivant. Nous rétrécissons la focale vers la pratique du yoga, intégrée à un programme d’intervention par le sport et le plein air à visée écosociale, pour examiner comment cette démarche écospirituelle façonne la relation à la Nature. S’inspirant des principes de la recherche-intervention, le programme fut développé en collaboration avec divers acteurs sociaux. Faisant appel aux cadres théoriques de la résonance et de la sociologie charnelle, les résultats montrent que le yoga permet d’activer des conditions qui ouvrent la voie aux expériences de résonance. Le yoga agirait notamment sur les plans de la dispositionalité, de la temporalité, de l’affectivité et de l’indisponibilité, ce dernier élément étant compris dans le sens des interactions avec ce qui indicible et imprévisible. Ces conditions créent ainsi un espace-temps favorable à la reconfiguration du rapport au vivant et à la création de récits individuels et collectifs alternatifs.
