Abstract
Dans un contexte de guerre en Ukraine, le 22 e sommet de l’Organisation de coopération de Shanghai (OCS) s’est tenu en septembre 2022 à Samarcande. À la faveur de cette rencontre sont apparus des signes de prise de distance de la Chine et des républiques d’Asie centrale vis-à-vis de la Russie, tandis que d’autres partenaires, Inde, Iran et Turquie notamment, se sont efforcés de profiter de ce qui ressemble à une perte d’influence de Moscou dans la région. Quelles sont les causes de cette dynamique ? Cet article analyse les discours des participants et les communiqués officiels publiés à l’issue des différentes rencontres ainsi que la couverture médiatique de cet événement.
