Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis) dalam mengembangkan taman wisata laut serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaannya. Taman Wisata Laut Labuhan merupakan salah satu wisata alam yang terletak di Dusun Masaran, Desa Labuhan, Kecamatan Sepulu, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan secara mendalam tentang peran pokdarwis dalam mengembangkan taman wisata laut. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan melakukan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekuner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam Peran Pokdarwis Payung Kuning dalam mengembangkan Taman Wisata Laut. Keberhasilan Taman Wisata Laut tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh Pokdarwis Payung Kuning, namun partisipasi masyarakat sekitar dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki serta pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga dan merawat alam. Sehingga peran pokdarwis berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan Taman Wisata Laut dan masyarakat di Desa dalam bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat.
