Abstract
Tandis que les vingt dernières années ont été marquées par un déplacement vers la droite des pièces de l’échiquier politique québécois, culminant notamment avec l’élection d’une majorité de députés de la Coalition avenir Québec en 2018, cet article propose d’examiner les changements qu’a pu entrainer une telle trajectoire politique dans les demandes et discours du patronat québécois. À travers une étude des mémoires rédigés par le Conseil du patronat du Québec et de la Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec, nous analysons la manière dont ces deux organisations répondent aux mutations récentes de la scène politique québécoise et en particulier à celles affectant le nationalisme québécois, lequel se concentre désormais principalement sur des thèmes identitaires après avoir délaissé la question de la souveraineté et plus largement la question constitutionnelle.
