Publi dans la collection Enseignement suprieur des Presses de l'Universit du Qubec, l' ouvrage collectif Rcits de professeurs d'universit mi-carrire. Si c'tait refaire... (Allaire et Deschenaux, 2022) s'adresse principalement aux doctorants qui visent une carrire universitaire et aux professeurs en dbut de carrire. Cela dit, il pourra aussi intresser les professeurs plus expriments ainsi que tous ceux qui sont curieux d' en savoir plus sur les coulisses de la carrire professorale. Par l'approche du rcit de pratique (Desgagns, 2005), une vingtaine de professeurs de diffrents horizons y racontent des lments marquants de leur parcours professionnel. La prsente proposera d'abord un rsum de l' ouvrage, puis elle tentera d' exposer sa contribution pertinente et originale au regard des autres crits abordant la carrire de professeur universitaire.
