Abstract

Objetivos: Caracterizar e avaliar o vínculo mãe-filho, as oportunidades domiciliares e o desenvolvimento motor de lactentes expostos e não expostos ao HIV entre 4 a 12 meses de idade. Métodos: Estudo transversal com 48 lactentes e suas mães, sendo 21 expostos ao HIV e 27 não expostos. As mães responderam ao Protocolo de Avaliação do Vínculo Mãe-Filho, o questionário Affordances no Ambiente Domiciliar, o desenvolvimento motor foi avaliado pela Alberta Infant Motor Scale (AIMS). Aplicou-se a correlação de Pearson, e nível de significância p-valor <0,05. Resultados: A correlação entre vínculo mãe-filho e grupo é positiva (r=0,330; p=0,022). Os lactentes expostos ao HIV apresentaram menor vínculo mãe-filho (p=0,006). Conclusão: Houve relação entre menor vínculo mãe-filho entre os lactentes expostos ao HIV, mas não houve diferenças em relação ao desenvolvimento motor e as oportunidades domiciliares.
