Abstract
La sclérose latérale amyotrophique (SLA) est une maladie neurodégénérative fréquente liée à une dégénérescence progressive des deux neurones de la voie motrice volontaire. Elle entraîne une paralysie, dans un ordre variable, des membres et des muscles labio-glosso-pharyngo-laryngés et, par voie de conséquence, une impossibilité graduelle de communiquer. Pour pallier ce handicap progressif, des aides techniques à la communication sont mises à disposition, tout au long de la maladie, au travers de plusieurs processus de préconisations, ce qui entraîne à la fois un travail de deuil quasi continuel et une perte de temps. Dès lors, en quoi la préconisation successive d’aides techniques est-elle bénéfique à la personne alors qu’elle lui rappelle régulièrement l’aggravation constante de sa situation de handicap? Une aide technique à la communication évolutive ne pourrait-elle pas être une solution?
