Avaliação da rotulagem de requeijão cremoso comercializado na cidade do Rio de Janeiro

Abstract
O leite e seus derivados são produtos importantes na alimentação por serem de alto valor nutricional, fornecendo os nutrientes necessários para a alimentação. Dentre os derivados do leite, o Requeijão Cremoso é um produto que pertence í classe de queijos processados ou fundidos. O objetivo do trabalho foi verificar e avaliar as informações contidas na rotulagem das embalagens de requeijão cremoso tradicional light de diferentes marcas em estabelecimentos comerciais. Foram coletadas 40 amostras de diferentes marcas de requeijão cremoso í venda em redes de supermercados na da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro totalizando 20 marcas, e elaborada uma planilha para a verificação das informações obrigatórias de rotulagem. Todos os produtos avaliados no tocante às informações obrigatórias estabelecidas pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária encontravam-se de acordo, com exceção de uma única amostra. Apesar das diferentes marcas analisadas terem apresentado algumas informações consideradas insatisfatórias podem ser consideradas dentro do esperado, uma vez que existem variações pré-estabelecidas e aceitas pelas legislações.Palavras-chave: leite, derivados, queijo, vigilância sanitária.
