Les réseaux sociaux patronaux : quels enseignements pour la relation RH-innovation organisationnelle des PME françaises ?

Abstract
Dans cet article, nous étudions l’influence de l’intégration des membres de l’entreprise dans les réseaux sociaux patronaux sur l’innovation organisationnelle. Le cadre conceptuel adopté est celui de la théorie des trous structuraux (Burt, 1992, 1995) associé au concept de réseau social (Granovetter, 1985). Cette grille de lecture est testée à l’aide d’une étude quantitative sur un échantillon de 1 634 PME françaises issue de l’enquête REPONSE (2016-2017). Les résultats nous ont permis de constater l’association positive entre l’adhésion des PME aux réseaux sociaux patronaux et l’innovation organisationnelle mesurée par l’adoption des pratiques du lean management (gestion au plus juste). Cette association est néanmoins variable selon le type de réseau patronal.
