Abstract
La recherche dont rend compte cet article visait à comprendre les différentes facettes de la relation mentorale et non à trouver un consensus autour d’une définition commune et univoque. Pour y arriver, nous avons recensé les publications en français sur le sujet et nous avons ajouté des publications en anglais qui apparaissaient, dans les publications en français, comme des incontournables. Les résultats de notre recherche présentent dix types de relation mentorale : le type « transfert d’expérience », le type « transfert d’expertise », le type « au service de l’organisation », le type « soutien à l’insertion professionnelle », le type « modèle », le type « coach », le type « enseignant », le type « guide », le type « parrainage » et le type « collégialité ».
