Abstract
Abstract This research looks at the work of Polycontrols in the field of additive manufacturing. Several technological breakthroughs are presented. We mainly draw upon tests performed with the ultrafine powder feeder at the National Research Council of Canada, and data gathered from different systems operating worldwide in aerospace facilities. This paper outlines the very unique capabilities of the feeder in the field of cold spray and finely-dispersed-particle air plasma spray (FAPS).
