Abstract
Anak adalah suatu hal yang memiliki nilai berharga bagi sebuah bangsa sebagai generasi penerus pembangunan negara yang ideal. Pelaksanaan perlindungan terhadap anak di ciptakan atas kesadaran bahwa anak adalah calon pemimpin dan penerus bagi pembangunan yang memiliki sifat berkelanjutan bagi sebuah bangsa. Predator seksual kian merajalela dalam mulai dari golongan lower-middle class hingga upper-middle class. Indonesia memiliki sarana untuk memberikan perlindungan anak melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tapi apakah hal tersebut cukup. Jika berkaca pada Inggris yang memiliki pengaturan mengenai perlindungan anak faktor seksualitas, negara Inggris memiliki pengaturan umum pada Penal Code hingga memiliki pengaturan pada The Sexual Offences Act 2003. Hal ini lah yang memicu di ciptakannya karya tulis skripsi ini guna mencari persamaan dan perbedaan unsur perkosaan di bawah umur menggunakan metode penelitian dari objek penelitian Pustaka, tipe yang di gunakan adalah yuridis normatif, dengan sifat penelitian yaitu deskriptif analitis, data primer dan metode analisis data kulitatif, serta penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan logika deduktif. Adapun hasil penelitian, pembahasan dan kesimpulan adalah terdapat 4 persamaan dan 10 poin perbedaan dimana salah satunya adalah Indonesia tidak memiliki Undang-Undang mengenai Kekerasan Seksual yang akan menjadi wadah bagi perlindungan generasi penerus bangsa.
