Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article examines the history of the formation of public organizations and its initial stages of scientific and educational activities in Kazakhstan in the first quarter of the twentieth century. It is clear that the consequences of the February-October revolutions of the Soviet period, the civil war and subsequent political and social events had a negative impact on the culture and education of Kazakhstan. When everything that remained of the imperial colonial system was destroyed as a relic of the old, it became necessary to create values that would meet the requirements of the new system. Representatives of the national intelligentsia understood this and rallied on a voluntary basis in all areas necessary for the people, despite the lack of funding. The article analyzes the activities of these public organizations on the basis of archival sources.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
