À l’occasion des 35 ans de la revue, cet article propose une analyse thématique de l’ensemble des contributions scientifiques publiées par la RIPME. Par la combinaison de deux techniques bibliométriques, l’analyse de couplage bibliographique (ACB) et l’analyse de cocitation (ACC), les auteurs identifient cinq grandes thématiques de recherches qui recouvrent différentes dimensions des PME : l’environnement d’affaires des PME, la croissance des PME, le cycle de vie des PME, la gestion des PME et l’impact sociétal des PME. La description des quatorze sous-thématiques, ainsi que de leurs bases théoriques, nous permet de rendre compte de la diversité des publications de la revue et offre des pistes de réflexion possibles de développement éditorial et scientifique.
