Abstract
Le présent projet pilote cherche à comprendre le potentiel de transposition de la norme BNQ 21000 dans les pratiques de gestion de développement durable (DD) des villes et des municipalités. Abordée alors sous l'angle des études de cas, l'étude mobilise trois villes de la province de Québec, à savoir Contrecoeur, Varennes et Waterloo. À la lumière de la norme, l'étude évalue l'état de gestion DD de ces villes, et identifier les enjeux pouvant contribuer à l'adaptation de ses grilles de diagnostic. De même, en compatibilité avec les avenues et les cibles communautaires de l'ONU, notamment des 17 Objectifs de DD (ODD), les travaux proposent un inventaire de pratiques de gestion dans le domaine, suivant les niveaux de gestion de la norme.
