Abstract
O conceito de emancipação permeia a tradição filosófica moderna e é parte fundamental do movimento Iluminista, que exerceu e exerce ainda forte influência no espírito contemporâneo. Para compreendermos de que modo esse conceito se apresenta na BNCC, objetivo principal deste trabalho, buscamos nos fundamentar em autores clássicos consagrados que trazem em suas obras importantes discussões acerca do que seria a emancipação e de que modo poderia ser alcançada, bem como as consequências das ações humanas autônomas. Assim sendo, buscamos nos fundamentar em Kant, Marx, Adorno e Horkheimer para desenvolver o conceito de emancipação e em Dardot e Laval para compreendermos melhor o desenvolvimento das sociedades neoliberais e do chamado neossujeito.
