Abstract
Penelitian ini melakukan identifikasi mengenai permasalahan sosial ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh Kecamatan Dendang pada Kabupaten Belitung Timur. Identifikasi dan pemetaan permasalahan dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek administrasi kependudukan, aspek sumberdaya manusia, aspek sosial dan aspek ekonomi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi literatur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosial ekonomi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan Analisis Hierarki Proses (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 10 prioritas masalah pada Kecamatan Dendang yaitu Kesejahteraan penduduk sektor perkebunan rendah, Pendidikan usia produktif rendah, Tingkat pendidikan penduduk rendah, Keluarga belum memiliki kartu keluarga, Tingginya Pernikahan Anak, Penduduk belum memiliki akta kelahiran, Rendahnya status kesehatan balita, Tingginya kasus diare, Lansia tidak produktif, dan Penduduk disabilitas. Penelitian ini diakhiri dengan memetakan perangkat daerah yang akan merencanakan program dan kegiatan yang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya. Rekomendasi yang perlu ditindaklanjuti yaitu dengan mensinergikan dan mengefektivitaskan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan Perangkat Daerah terkait di tingkat Kecamatan
