Abstract
Los determinantes sociales son un elemento de primer orden sobre el estado de salud de las personas, por lo que es fundamental su detección temprana con el fin de poner en marcha medidas que reduzcan su impacto. Para ello es imprescindible una actuación interdisciplinar en la que actúen conjunta y coordinadamente los servicios sanitarios, sociales, educativos, legislativos, alimentarios, laborales y políticos.
