Abstract
Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh basil mycobacterium tuberculosis yang merupakan salah satu penyakit saluran pernafasan yang dapat menyerang paru-paru dan bisa menyebar ke setiap bagian tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efektivitas Home Visit Terhadap Perubahan Pengetahuan Sikap Dan Perilaku Pada Penderita TB Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga Biru.Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasy Eksperimen dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttes.Responden sebanyak 24 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perubahan pada tingkat pengetahuan sikap dan perilaku sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya Home Visit dimanadari ketiga variabel yang di uji menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T-Test didapatkan Pengetahuan dengan nilai P=.005 Sikap dengan nilai P=.031 dan perilaku dengan nilai P=.000. Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerapan Home Visit pada penderita TB Paru.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat membantu masyarakat dalam menangani penyakit TB paru.
