Abstract
Amaç: Lumbal disk herniasyonu olan hastalarda kas kuvvet kaybı, artmış ağrı, spazm ve postür bozuklukları sonucu fiziksel dayanıklılık azalır ve hastaların fonksiyonel durumları olumsuz yönde etkilenir. Bu çalışmada amaç Lumbal disk herniasyonu olan hastalarda stabilizasyon egzersizleri ve spinal mobilizasyon uygulamaları sonrasında ağrı seviyeleri ile hastaların fonksiyonel düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır.Materyal ve Metod: Fizik Tedavi Polikliniğine başvuran fiziksel ve radyolojik muayene sonrası Lumbal Disk Hernisi tanısı koyulan hastalar üzerinde yapılmıştır. Hastalar müdahale grubu ve kontrol grubu olarak iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Kontrol grubundaki hastalara stabilizasyon egzersizleri, müdahale grubundaki hastalara ise stabilizasyon egzersizleri ve spinal mobilizasyon uygulamaları yapılmıştır. HastaÇalışmaya dâhil edilme kriterlerini sağlayan 40 hasta ile başlatılmış olup, 8 hasta çalışmanın süreçleri içerisinde çalışmadan ayrılmış ve 32 (26 erkek 6 kadın) hasta ile çalışma tamamlanmıştır. Tedavi haftada 2 gün 5 hafta toplamda 10 seans şeklinde uygulanmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan hastaların fonksiyonel kapasitesi Oswestry Bel Ağrısı Engellilik Anketi ile hastaların ağrı seviyesi McGill-Melzack Ağrı Anketi ve Vizüel Analog Skala (VAS) ile tedavi öncesi, tedavi sonrası ve tedaviden 3 ay sonra yapılan takip değerlendirmesinde ölçülmüştür.Bulgular: Hem Müdahale grubunda hem de kontrol grubunda yer alan hastaların Oswestry bel ağrısı puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmaktadır (p
