Resumo: O presente trabalho consiste em uma proposta didática para o ensino do conteúdo de biomoléculas na primeira série do Ensino Médio. Esta proposta é fundamentada no ensino por investigação e nos estudos da neuropsicopedagogia, consistindo em uma estratégia pedagógica que permite romper com a educação bancária e tornar o estudante protagonista na construção do seu próprio aprendizado. A atividade proposta possui três etapas: contextualização e elaboração de hipóteses, investigação, e sistematização dos conhecimentos. Espera-se que a atividade investigativa proposta auxilie professoras e professores na condução de um processo de ensino-aprendizagem libertador e que desperte nos estudantes maior motivação, facilitando também a compreensão do conteúdo de biomoléculas.
