Abstract
Yelken ve Rüzgar sörfü yelken sporlarının temel iki kategorisidir. Bu kategoride birçok sporcu yarışmalarda performans sergilemektedir. Sporcuların performans gelişimde antrenörlerinin etkisi önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı rüzgar sörfü ve yelken sporlarını yapan bireylerin algıladıkları antrenör davranışlarının sporcu cinsiyeti, Antrenör cinsiyeti, milli sporcu olma durumlarına göre değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın katılımcıları 2022 yılında yelken ve rüzgar sörfü dalında aktif sporculuk yapan 54 kadın ve 66 erkek toplamda 120 sporcudan oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların yaş aralığı 12-38 (x̄=15,37) deneyimleri 2 ile 20 yıl (x̄=5,75 yıl) arasındadır. Katılımcıların 53 kişisi milli takımlarda yer almış sporculardan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri kişisel bilgi formu ve sporcular için antrenör davranışlarını değerlendirme ölçeği (SADDÖ) ile elde edilmiştir. Analiz bulguları sporcuların cinsiyeti, antrenörlerin cinsiyeti ve milli sporcu olma durumlarına göre algılanan antrenör davranışları arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığını göstermiştir.
