Impacto socio – económico de COVID – 19 en las Mipymes de la zona centro de Rioverde, San Luis Potosí, México

Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el impacto socio – económico en las MIPyMES de la zona centro de Rioverde, San Luis Potosí, México del COVID - 19; así como las estrategias comerciales emprendidas por los empresarios para la mitigación de las afectaciones negativas. La muestra representativa estuvo compuesta por 190 encuestas atendidas por los representantes de negocios de la zona centro de la ciudad. Es un estudio de corte cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal simple. Se utilizó el instrumento propuesto por Prado (2021) compuesto por 21 ítems y 6 preguntas de índole socio – demográfico. Los principales resultados muestran que los negocios tienen mayor presencia representantes mujeres, solteras, con educación de pregrado, la gran mayoria de éstos son de giro comercial en diversas modalidades y con poblacion menor a 40 años, en cuanto a la antigüedad del negocio, son negocios de menos de 20 años en promedio, pero teniendo participación de hasta 71 años. Expresaron no haber estado preparados para afrontar la crisis sanitaria, empero, no implementaron, en la mayoría de los casos, estrategias comerciales de contingencia y continuaron con las mismas de antes de la pandemia, que ya incluia el uso de redes sociales y entrega a domicilio.
