Abstract
ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Perilaku makan pada anak merupakan cerminan dari pola pengasuhan dari orang tua.Ibu mempunyai peran dalam gizi balita, pola asuhnya juga sangat berperan untuk terjadinya gangguan pertumbuhan.Stunting menjadi salah satu masalah gizi yang dapat timbul akibat buruknya pemenuhan zat gizi di awal kehidupan.Kejadian stunting pada anak akan memberikan dampak cepat atau lambat.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan status gizi balita.Metode : Desain analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectinonal.Populasinya adalah semua ibu dari balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mantrijeron.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 35 responden.Analisis data berupa analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square.Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas pola asuh orang tua dalam kategori demokratis (91,4%), status gizi anak mayoritas normal sebanyak 27 balita (77,1%) dan status gizi dengan kategori stunting sebanyak 8 balita (22,9%).Nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) adalah 0,324 (p>0,05).
