O presente artigo insere-se em uma pesquisa ampla, que analisa os circuitos afetivos construídos em torno de personagens travestis negras em produções audiovisuais nacionais. Aqui, é realizada uma análise em torno da apresentação da personagem Natasha, vivida pela artista Lina Pereira, na série exibida na Rede Globo de Televisão no ano de 2019, Segunda Chamada. Por meio dos Estudos Culturais, da perspectiva de afetos de Spinoza, Deleuze e Guattari e da Teoria Queer empreende-se um exercício de análise para estudar determinadas cenas nas quais a personagem aparece a fim de compreender quais são os afetos possibilitados e tensionados em cena. Observa-se que a série utiliza da violência, socialmente comum para as travestis negras no Brasil, para estabelecer uma conexão empática com as pessoas telespectadoras.
