Abstract

Ancré dans une collecte de données auprès de 16 projets d’infrastructures majeures travaillant à distance, en contexte pandémique et en mode collaboratif, cet article soutient que le maintien de tensions multiples est une pierre angulaire de la collaboration et une pratique prometteuse pour la « nouvelle normalité » organisationnelle. Aussi, nous démontrons que l'engagement avec les parties prenantes se déroule à l'intérieur d'un espace permettant d'exprimer et maintenir l'ambiguïté entre les intérêts et objectifs respectifs, le tout créant un effet véloce vers le succès perçu du projet. Ces données ont émergé de deux années de recherche sur le terrain d’un des cinq plus grands donneurs d’ordres au Québec. Cet article contribue au débat sur les tensions inhérentes aux collaborations dans un contexte multiparadoxal tout en ajoutant des pistes de pratiques organisationnelles en contexte de crise et postcrise.
