Hubungan Kualitas Lingkungan Fisik Rumah dan Status Imunisasi dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Atas Pada Balita

Abstract
Kota Depok merupakan salah satu dari 27 kota di Jawa Barat dengan prevalensi kejadian ISPA tertinggi yaitu 12,25%. UPTD Puskesmas Harjamukti dipilih karena berada pada peringkat pertama dengan jumlah kejadian penyakit ISPA tertinggi di Kecamatan Cimanggis dan berada pada peringkat keempat sekota Depok pada tahun 2020. Penyakit ISPA merupakan penyakit tertinggi ke-2 setelah hipertensi, sebanyak 1.383 kasus pada tahun 2021. RW 07 merupakan RW dengan kejadian penyakit ISPA pada balita tertinggi selama tiga bulan terakhir di tahun 2021, dengan total sebanyak 102 kasus. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi deskriptif menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh balita pada kelompok usia balita 0-59 bulan yang diwakilkan oleh ibu dari balita tersebut dan merupakan warga yang bertempat tinggal tetap maupun tidak tetap di RW 07 Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas UPTD Harjamukti, dengan besar sampel 72 responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu balita yang mengalami ISPA sebanyak 58 responden (80,6%), dengan kualitas lingkungan fisik rumah yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 65 rumah (90,3%). Hal tersebut dapat disebabkan karena kurangnya luas ventilasi, kepadatan hunian dan pencahayaan rumah yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Balita dengan imunisasi tidak lengkap sebanyak 38 balita (52,8%). Adanya hubungan antara kulitas lingkungan fisik rumah (P = 0,023) dan status imunisasi (P = 0,000) dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita. Saran yang dapat dilakukan yaitu agar marsyarakat lebih memperhatikan kualitas lingkungan fisik rumah, dapat menambah ventilasi mekanik pada ruang, memindahkan barang - barang yang menghalangi sirkulasi udara, dan memberikan imunisasi dasar lengkap kepada balita.
