W ostatnich latach wzrasta liczba starszych dorosłych chcących rozpocząć leczenie ortodontyczne.Nawroty wady są częstym powikłaniem leczenia ortodontycznego, a do chwili obecnej nie znaleziono sposobu leczenia retencyjnego, który w pełni by im zapobiegał.Leczenie alignerami jest komfortową metodą leczenia tych pacjentów, którzy w przeszłości przeszli leczenie aparatami stałymi cienkołukowymi.Cel.Celem pracy jest przedstawienie przypadku ponownego leczenia ortodontycznego u pacjenta z chorobą przyzębia metodą nakładkową, z zastosowaniem cyfrowego monitoringu leczenia.Materiał i metody.Przeprowadzono analizę dokumentacji medycznej pacjenta leczonego periodontologicznie, który zgłosił się w celu ponownego leczenia
