Conseillère en développement collectif chez CommunagirIntervenante dans le développement collectif, Émilie Dufour compte plus de 20 ans de pratique sur le terrain en développement solidaire des communautés territoriales à Québec et dans sa région natale, Charlevoix.En plus de s'impliquer au sein de divers organismes communautaires, madame Dufour a été conseillère en développement social pour la MRC de Charlevoix et a accompagné l'émergence de Développement social intégré (DSI) de Charlevoix.Elle occupe présentement un poste de conseillère en développement collectif pour Communagir, une organisation à but non lucratif vouée au développement des collectivités et des régions du Québec 1 .
