A summary of the lycophytes species of the Dobrudzha Coalfield is given together with their stratigraphic ranges from the Bolsovian to the upper Westphalian D. Comparisons are made with the Westphalian D species of Southern Britain (South Wales and the Bristol and Somerset Coalfield) and Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. The closest similarity is between those of the Dobrudzha and Southern Britain coalfields.
