L’intégration morphosyntaxique des italianismes culinaires en français : variation diatopique et emprunt

Abstract
Cet article est une contribution à la recherche sur la variation diatopique du français dans le domaine grammatical, ainsi qu’à l’étude des mots italiens dans les espaces francophones. L’analyse quantitative d’un ensemble de données textuelles tirées de la base europresse a montré que l’intégration morphosyntaxique de certains italianismes culinaires varie entre le français métropolitain et le français canadien. Notre hypothèse est que la manière dans laquelle ce dernier a intégré ces emprunts dans ses structures morphosyntaxiques (c.-à-d. les catégories linguistiques du genre et du nombre) – singulière par rapport au français hexagonal en ce qu’elle reflète une autre manière de conceptualiser et de catégoriser les mêmes objets – aurait été influencée par le contact avec l’anglo-américain.
