En hommage de Charles Kecskeméti, ancien Secrétaire général du Conseil International des Archives (ICA), Mme. Vu Thi Minh Huong, ancienne Directrice générale des Archives d’Etat du Vietnam a rappellé dans son article des souvenirs entre son père, ancien Directeur général des Archives d’Etat du Vietnam et Charles Kecskeméti. Elle aborde chronologiquement des activités de coopération bilatérale et multilatérale en matière d’archives, précisement sa participation au sein du Conseil International des Archives à travers plusieurs activités tant au Vietnam qu’à l’étranger depuis plus de 30 ans jusqu’à aujourd’hui.
