Cet article cherche à montrer ce que le rêve traumatique doit à la culture. Il s’appuie sur l’analyse psychanalytique et anthropologique de trois rêves traumatiques rapportés par un patient migrant dans une consultation transculturelle. Nous savons que le trauma est influencé par la culture et cherchons à montrer que les rêves traumatiques le sont aussi. C’est ce que nous nommons figures culturelles du rêve traumatique . Ces dernières offrent de nouvelles perspectives à l’interprétation des rêves traumatiques des patients migrants.
