La présente contribution prend la forme d’un entretien avec une personne du terrain de l’insertion professionnelle, le fondateur et directeur général de l’entreprise apprenante et citoyenne suisse Démarche. Le dessein du partage de cette expérience est triple : 1) se questionner sur le concept d’accompagnement de l’autonomie à partir d’une situation particulière ; 2) cerner les diverses mesures, ressources et conditions concrètement investies par la Coopérative pour « démarcher l’autonomie », en l’occurrence favoriser attention et inclusion, en appréhendant avec bienveillance les autonomies singulières et vulnérables des bénéficiaires concernés ; 3) envisager les bénéfices possibles d’une (res)saisie réflexive des démarches d’accompagnement de l’autonomie investies ainsi que d’une conversation entre pratique(s) et théorie(s).
