Kecemasan dan depresi selama kehamilan adalah masalah utama yang terjadi di masyarakat karena prevalensinya yang tinggi. Di Pakistan selama kehamilan wanita mengalami depresi 48,4% dan di Canada suku Aborigin wanita hamil yang mengalami depresi 31,2%. Sedangkan di Indonesia ibu hamil yang mengalami kecemasan berat pada trimester III berjumlah 53,8%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan dalam kehamilan trimester III di Desa Karangrahrja Kecamatan Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2022. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang berada di Wilayah Desa Karangraharja yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling dengan menyatakan beberapa kriteria. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data menggunakan chi square dan regresi logistic berganda. Hasil uji statistic, terdapat hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, pendapatan dan pekerjaan dengan kecemasan dalam kehamilan trimester III pada ibu primigravida dengan nilai p value < 0,05. Kesimpulan, terdapat hubungan yang siginfikan antara usia, Pendidikan, pendapatan dan pekerjaan dengan kecemasan dalam kehamilan trimester III pada ibu primigravida di Desa Karangraharja. Anxiety and depression during pregnancy are major problems that occur in society because of their high prevalence. In Pakistan during pregnancy women experience depression at 48.4% and in Canada Aboriginal pregnant women experience depression at 31.2%. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, there are 53.8% of pregnant women experience severe anxiety in the third trimester. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence anxiety in the third trimester of pregnancy in Karangrahrja Village, North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency in 2022. This study used a cross-sectional design. The population of all third-trimester pregnant women in the Karangraharja Village Area is 100 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique by stating several criteria. The sample in this research is 40 respondents. Data analysis using chi-square and multiple logistic regression. The results of statistical tests, show there is a relationship between age, education, income, and work with anxiety in the third trimester of pregnancy in primigravida mothers with a p-value <0.05. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between age, education, income, and occupation with anxiety in the third trimester of pregnancy for primigravida mothers in Karangraharja Village.
