Abstract
La musique africaine n’a jamais livré les secrets de son mystère à un chercheur donné, pour que soit construite sa musicologie dans le sens de l’évolution scientifique du terme. L’observation auditive mélodique des chants africains, permet de distinguer la mélodie de la musique d’un peuple à un autre. Le rythme est l’un des éléments distinctifs d’une musique. Mais, ici, nous soulignons l’aspect mélodique facilitant cette distinction. Notons que chaque culture musicale africaine a une identité mélodico-tonale définissant son aire culturelle. L’aire culturelle musicale est aussi une frontière identitaire entre peuples. Notre travail a pour objet de montrer la diachronie phylogénique et l’interculturalité musicales africaines.
