Abstract
La pandémie de Covid-19 a eu des impacts majeurs sur les soins et les services de santé au niveau mondial. Afin d’y faire face, le Canada, avec ses 14 systèmes de santé, a mis en place plusieurs interventions visant des changements de pratique dans les soins et services de santé. Les professionnels oeuvrant en première ligne ont été sollicités à tous les niveaux et ont été déployés dans plusieurs organisations afin de prêter main-forte. Les questions de santé, les expériences des patients, le bien-être des équipes cliniques et l’efficience des systèmes de santé ont grandement été affectés.
