Abstract
La finalidad principal de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) y el desarrollo organizacional (DO) en el Área Comercial de una compañía peruana de seguros durante el 2022. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, alcance correlacional y utilizó el diseño no experimental transeccional correlacional-causal; los participantes fueron 90 asesores comerciales de la compañía objeto de estudio, a los cuales se les aplicó un cuestionario tipo Likert compuesto por 16 ítems. Luego del procesamiento y análisis de la información, se halló una relación moderada y significativa entre las TIC y DO, dado que, se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.666.
